As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in our team. You will independently manage the electrical engineering aspects of both our in-house real estate developments and contract works. You’ll be expected to oversee design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with standards, delivering on schedule, and upholding our quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical engineering scope for company projects (both real-estate developments and construction contracts).
• Prepare and review electrical designs, specifications, and drawings.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (power, lighting, earthing, backup power, etc.).
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance and ensure reliability of electrical services across projects.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables in your area.
• Drive continuous improvement: suggest value-engineering options, cost savings, and innovative solutions.
• Mentor and supervise junior electrical engineers/technicians.
• Work according to senior management’s instructions and carry out assigned duties efficiently and responsibly.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate development and/or construction contracting.
• Proven ability to handle electrical engineering tasks independently—from design through commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, drawing interpretation, and installation practices.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and team-leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, committed to quality and timely delivery.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and supervise installations.
