𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed and marketed by Starpath Holdings Ltd.
• Conduct property tours and present features and benefits of our projects to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and back-office teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads into booked units.
• Follow up on client queries, prepare sales presentations, quotes, and documentation as required.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or a related sales role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and well-groomed.
• Fluent in Bangla and English (both spoken and written).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking tools are a plus.
• An energetic personality with a keen interest in real estate and property investment trends is desirable.
